Linsford Business Centre is family owned and run.
The site was originally purchased by the family back in 1984, it already had a haulage license from previous owners and allowed the family to operate a growing van hire company, Farnborough Trans-Van Hire Ltd.
Having repaired many of the dilapidated buildings, the business diversified in to commercial property letting to meet growing local demand. One of the larger barns was converted into a large car parking space that allowed larger vehicles to turn around.
The development of the site has been aligning with Surrey Heath's Local plan for employment under policy E3, and its aim to maintain and support employment in the county, with employment growth within the Borough envisaged as coming through the re-use of suitably located land, that is well served by major roads and close to residential areas.
